in 2008. After 24 years of dedicated service to the horse community, we have elected to take a year off to reflect on what is the best way we can serve you, our customer friends in the future. The horse industry is going through a dramatic change at this time, in practically every aspect of horses, breeding, showing, roping, ranching, back yard interest or whatever. And it has affected all the breeds. We invite you to stay in touch with us and we welcome any and all suggestions and or comments you may have.

2007 Sale Results

Well, we had a Great crowd again this year, and one of the best set of horses that we have had the opportunity to offer. The top selling horse was Lot #45 " Doc Stops Here" a 1999 Tobiano Gelding consigned by Becky Poplin and purchased by Tommy Gilmore, Tivili, Texas for $7, 775. The top five horses averaged $4,850 which was $400 higher than last year's average. The top ten horses averaged $3,395 which was $200 less per head than last year. We had buyers from Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, Texas and Florida. We want to thank everyone for consigning the quality of horses that you did....all the way through the sale. We look forward to next year, and appreciate your interest and support for our 24th Annual Sale!

Shown below are just a few of the horses that we are offering for sale.

We will be selling 82 head of fancy registered Paint and Quarter Horses. This year they

are just about divided half Paints, half Quarters. In the line up are 40 broke horses.

Show horses, ranch horses, roping horses, pleasure horses, breeding horses....and the list

just goes on and on. Folks, this is the best set of horses we have ever had the honor

Garfield County Fairgrounds, Rifle, Colorado

Thank you, Thank You, Thank you consignors for putting the quality of horses in the sale that you did this year. Consignments came from South Dakota, Utah, New Mexico, Nebraska in addition to all the Colorado horses consigned. What a great set of horses to offer this year. We also want to thank everyone for coming to the sale and making it a very successful sale. We had a huge crowd, and we hope everyone had a good time.

The top selling horse was lot #36 "Mister Vestererrific" a eleven year old triple registered show gelding. He was consigned by Andrea Davidovich and sold for $9,500 to Mike and Gloria Zech, Whitewater, Colorado. The Zechs also purchased several other horses as well.

The top five horses averaged $4,390 which was up $1,040 from last year.

and the top ten horses averaged $3,585, which was up $750 from last year.

We had buyers from Tennesee, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming & Colorado.
